Was the DC air accident really an accident?

As reported in the news, a U.S. Black Hawk military helicopter struck an American Airlines jet during a “training exercise” over Washington DC leaving all 64 airline passengers dead. Both aircrafts were flying dark, which is suspicious since adequate lighting should have been provided for both aircraft.
Moreover, all aircraft have radar systems that are used for safety and traffic control. These systems are used to avoid mid-air collisions and ensure safety during flights, yet neither aircraft made any effort to dodge each other during their descent into Ronald Reagan National Airport.
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said that three soldiers manning the military aircraft were killed during the collision though their identities were not being released. The pilots supposedly had control of the aircraft, yet it almost appears that it was sabotaged through AI control.
Could this have been a deep state attempt to frame our military? If so, did Putin and his Kremlin have their hand in this?
Several elite figure skaters, including two Russian world champions, were among those who perished in the freak incident. Russian media reports that at least 15 skaters, including Russian world champions Evgenia Shishkova and Vadim Naumov, were on the plane that crashed in the Potomac River. According to Russian news agency Tass, Inna Volyanskaya, a former skater for the Soviet Union was also on board American Airlines Flight 5342 when it went down.
Now we know that the Kremlin is furious right now over Trump’s many outstanding moves to lock Communist influence out of our country. We also know that Putin is always looking for excuses to threaten America with a nuclear strike.
Could the January 29 air collision have been a scheme to make it look like our military was responsible for the death of their cherished citizens? Could Putin’s agents have planned the crash to provide him with “justification” to retaliate via nukes in the not-so-distant future?
