Kari Lake Scores Massive Victory From AZ Supreme Court Over Rigged 2022 Governor Election

Arizona GOP gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake scored a huge victory from the Arizona State Supreme Court on Wednesday, she revealed.

“HUGE: AZ Supreme Court Rules In Favor of Kari Lake, Forces Lower Court to Look at Signature Verification Issues,” Lake wrote on Twitter.

According to the Associated Press, the highest court in the state declined to hear a majority of Lake’s election integrity appeal but confirmed that the lower court should revisit the signature verification procedures in Maricopa County.

Per their report, the claims surrounding evidence of problematic signature verification processes will be sent back to trial court.

“They want to ARREST me for exposing fraud in the 2022 Election,” Lake stated on Twitter, sharing screenshots of mainstream headlines floating a felony arrest for the GOP superstar in relation to the very signature verification process that the court is demanding clarification on.

She continued, “Now, the AZ Supreme Court has ruled that the very fraud I highlighted has to be looked at. This is big, folks. Hit me with your best shot. I will never, ever back down. Try me.”

As previously reported by RSBN, Maricopa County, Arizona, was plagued by reports of rampant election problems on Election Day in November 2022, resulting in a reported 59 percent of voting machine failure and widespread voter disenfranchisement.

Via Rasmussen Reports, Arizona voters who were surveyed indicated that 51 percent voted for Kari Lake in the gubernatorial election, while only 43 percent indicated that they voted for former Arizona Democrat Secretary of State Katie Hobbs.

Per the Associated Press, the gubernatorial election was decided by a slim margin of just over 17,000 votes.

In January, We the People AZ Alliance Chair Shelby Busch brought forth information before the Arizona Senate Committee on Elections, presenting evidence of multiple violations of ballot procedures pertaining to signature verification.

Lake originally responded to the “bombshell” presentation on Twitter:

“Today’s Senate Testimony CONFIRMS nearly 40,000 ballots illegally counted (10% of the signatures reviewed). I think all the ‘Election Deniers’ out there deserve an apology.”
